Proverbs|1:1 Proverbs of Solomon, son of David, king of Israel;

Proverbs|1:2 To receive wisdom and instruction; perceive words of understanding;

Proverbs|2:1 My son, if you accept my words and hide my commandments from you;

Proverbs|2:2 so that you incline your ear to wisdom and turn your heart to understanding;

Proverbs|2:3 Yes, when you cry for knowledge and raise your voice for knowledge;

Proverbs|2:4 If you seek it like silver and seek it like hidden treasures;

Proverbs|3:4 You will find favor and grace in the eyes of God and men.

Proverbs|3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart; and don't trust your own judgement.

Proverbs|3:6 Know him in all your ways, and he will make your paths straight.

Proverbs|3:7 Do not be wise in your own opinion; fear the Lord and turn away from evil.

Proverbs|3:9 Honor the Lord with your riches and with the firstfruits of all your produce.

Proverbs|3:14 For the trade in it is better than the sale of silver, and the profit from it is better than pure gold.

Proverbs|3:15 More precious than rubies; and anything you could wish for is no match for it.

Proverbs|3:16 The length of days is in his right hand; and in his left hand wealth and glory.

Proverbs|3:17 His ways are pleasant ways, and all his paths are peace.

Proverbs|3:18 It is a tree of life to those who cling to it; and blessed is he who possesses it.

Proverbs|4:1 Listen, children, to the teachings of your father and try to understand them.

Proverbs|5:1 My son, consider my wisdom and incline your ear to my understanding.

Proverbs 5:21 For the ways of a man are before the Lord, and he considers all that he does.

Proverbs|6:1 My son, if you are guarantor for your friend, if you have hurt the hand of a stranger,

Proverbs|6:3 Do it now, my son, and save yourself if you fall into the hands of your friend; Humble yourself and take care of your friend.

Proverbs|6:30 A thief is not despised if he steals to feed his soul when he is hungry;

Proverbs|6:34 For envy is the anger of man; therefore, he will not forgive on the day of vengeance.

Proverbs|7:1 My son, keep my words and keep my commandments.

Proverbs|9:1 Wisdom has built her house, she has shown her seven pillars:

Proverbs|22:3 The wise foresee evil and hide it; but the simple pass and are punished.

Proverbs|22:4 For humility and fear of the Lord, riches, glory and life.

Proverbs|22:5 Thorns and snares stand in the way of the rebellious; he who guards his soul will be far from them.

Proverbs|22:29 Do you see a hardworking man in your business? he will be before kings; he will not stand in front of the common people.



Proverbs|23:1 When you sit down to eat with a ruler, consider well what is before you:

Proverbs|23:2 And put a knife to your throat if you are a man addicted to appetite.

Proverbs|23:3 Do not covet his delights; because they are fraudulent food.

Proverbs|23:4 Do not seek to get rich; stop with your own wisdom.

Proverbs|23:5 Will you set your eyes on what is not? For wealth makes wings; They fly like an eagle in the sky.

Proverbs|23:6 Do not eat the bread of one who has evil eyes, nor covet his good food.

Proverbs|23:7 For what is his thought in his heart, so is he: eat and drink, he speaks to you; but his heart is not with you.

Proverbs|23:8 You will spit out the morsel you have eaten and lose your sweet words.

Proverbs|23:9 Do not speak into the ears of a fool; for he will despise the wisdom of your words.

Proverbs|23:10 Do not remove the old sign; and do not enter the fields of orphans:

Proverbs|23:11 For his Redeemer is mighty; he will plead his case against you.

Proverbs|23:12 Incline your heart to instruction, and your ears to words of knowledge.

Proverbs|23:15 My son, if your heart is wise, my heart will rejoice, and so will my heart.

Proverbs|23:16 Yes, my kidneys will rejoice when your mouth speaks justice.

Proverbs|23:17 Do not envy sinners in your heart, but fear the Lord all day.

Proverbs|23:18 Verily, it is the end; and your expectation will not be cut.

Proverbs|23:19 Listen, my son, be wise and guide your heart in the way.

Proverbs of Solomon|23:20 Do not be one of those who purify wine; among wild carnivores:

Proverbs|23:21 For the drunkard and the glutton will become poor, and drowsiness will clothe the man in rags.

Proverbs|23:22 Listen to your father who bore you, and do not despise your mother when she is old.

Proverbs|23:23 Buy the truth and do not sell it; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding.

Proverbs|23:24 The father of the righteous will rejoice greatly; and he who begets a wise son will rejoice in him.

Proverbs|23:25 Your father and your mother will rejoice, and the one who gave birth to you will rejoice.

Proverbs|23:26 My son, give me your heart and let your eyes look at my ways.

Proverbs|23:27 For the harlot is a deep pit; and the strange woman is a narrow well.

Proverbs|23:28 She also lies in wait as prey, and multiplies transgressors among men.

Proverbs|23:29 Who suffers? Who's in trouble? Who has objections? Who was babbling? Who has injuries without cause? who has red eyes

Proverbs|23:30 Those who linger in wine; who go in search of mixed wine.

Proverbs|23:31 Do not look at the wine when it is red, when it is colored in the glass, when it moves well.

Proverbs|24:1 Do not envy the wicked or desire to associate with them.

Proverbs|24:4 And with knowledge the chambers will be filled with all kinds of rich and pleasant riches.

Proverbs|24:6 For with wise advice you will make war; and there is safety in a multitude of advisers.

Proverbs|24:7 Wisdom is too great for a fool; he does not open his mouth at the door.

Proverbs|24:8 Whoever wants to do evil is called evil.

Proverbs|24:9 A foolish thought is a sin, and a mocker is an abomination to men.

Proverbs|24:10 If you faint on the day of trouble, your strength weakens.

Proverbs|24:11 If you do not deliver those who are drawn to death and those who are about to be killed;

Proverbs|24:12 If you say: Behold, we did not know; Do not think about who thinks with the heart? And who guards your soul, does not know? And will he not reward each one according to his works?

Proverbs|24:13 My son, eat honey because it is good; and a sweet honeycomb to your palate:

Proverbs|24:14 So shall come the knowledge of the wisdom of your soul. When he finds it, he will be rewarded and his expectations will not be broken.

Proverbs|24:15 Wicked, do not wait for the abode of the righteous; do not destroy their resting place:

Proverbs|24:16 The just shall fall seven times and rise again; but the wicked will fall into affliction.

Proverbs|24:17 Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, nor rejoice in your heart when he stumbles:

Proverbs|24:18 Lest the LORD look upon him and grieve him and turn away his anger from him.

Proverbs|24:19 Do not be angry with the wicked, nor envy the wicked;

Proverbs|24:20 The wicked will not be rewarded; The candle of the wicked will go out.

Proverbs of Solomon|25:1 These are also the proverbs of Solomon which were copied by the people of Hezekiah king of Judah.

Proverbs|25:2 It is the glory of God to hide something; but it is the honor of kings to know one thing.

Proverbs|25:3 The heavens are high and the earth is deep, and the hearts of kings are unsearchable.

Proverbs|25:4 Remove the dross from the silver, and it will come out a vessel for the best.

Proverbs|25:5 Remove the wicked from before the king, and his throne will be established in justice.

Proverbs|25:6 Do not stand before a king, nor put yourself in the place of the great.

Proverbs|25:7 It is better that they say to you: Come in! than to be humiliated before a prince that your eyes have seen.

Proverbs|25:8 Do not rush into battle, lest you know what to do when your neighbor embarrasses you.

Proverbs|26:1 As snow in summer, and as rain in harvest, so no glory belongs to a fool.

Proverbs|26:2 Like a wandering bird, like a flying swallow, so the curse will not come without cause.

Proverbs|26:3 A whip for the horse, a bridle for the donkey, and a rod for the fool's back.

Proverbs|28:17 He who contaminates the blood of man shall flee to the pit; No one should stop him.

Proverbs|28:18 He who walks in integrity will be saved; but he who errs in his ways will soon fall.

Proverbs|28:19 He who tills his land will be satisfied with bread; but he who pursues the vain will have enough of poverty.

Proverbs|28:20 The faithful man will be rich in blessings; but he who is in a hurry to get rich will not be innocent.

Proverbs|28:21 Being respectful of persons is not good; because for a piece of bread man sins.

Proverbs|28:22 He who wants to get rich has an evil eye and does not think that poverty will come upon him.

Proverbs|28:23 He who punishes a man afterward will find more favor than he who flatters with his tongue.

Proverbs|28:24 He who robs his father or mother, saying, This is not transgression; he himself is the companion of the destroyer.

Proverbs|28:25 A haughty heart stirs up strife; but he who trusts in the Lord will grow fat.

Proverbs|28:26 He who trusts in his own heart is a fool; but he who walks in wisdom will be saved.

Proverbs|28:27 He who gives to the poor will not lack; but he who covers his eyes will have many curses.

Proverbs|28:28 When the wicked rise up, the people hide themselves; but when they perish, the righteous multiply.



Proverbs|29:1 He who is frequently rebuked and hardens his neck will suddenly be destroyed, and that without healing.

Proverbs|29:2 When the righteous win, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people grieve.

Proverbs|29:3 He who loves wisdom rejoices in his father; but he who associates with harlots squanders his wealth.

Proverbs|29:4 The king establishes the land with judgment; but he who receives the gifts destroys them.

Proverbs|29:5 He who flatters his neighbor spreads a net for his feet.

Proverbs|29:6 In the transgression of the wicked there is a snare; but the righteous rejoice and rejoice.

Proverbs|29:7 The righteous cares for the poor; but the wicked are careful not to know.

Proverbs|29:8 The scoffers seize the city, but the wise turn away their wrath.

Proverbs|29:9 When a wise man argues with a fool, whether he is angry or laughs, there is no truce.

Proverbs of Solomon|29:10 The bloodthirsty hate the righteous; but the righteous seek his soul.

Proverbs|29:11 The fool says everything he thinks; but the sage leaves it for later.

Proverbs|29:12 If a ruler listens to lies, all his servants are wicked.

Proverbs|29:13 The poor and the deceiver meet; The Lord illuminates his eyes.

Proverbs|29:15 the rod and rebuke give wisdom; but a child abandoned to his fate shames his mother.

Proverbs|29:16 When the wicked multiply, transgression will increase; but the just will see their fall.

Proverbs|29:17 Correct your son and he will give you rest; yes, he will bring joy to your soul.

Proverbs|29:18 Where there is no vision, the people perish; but he who keeps the law is blessed.

Proverbs|29:19 A servant is not rebuked with words; because even if he understands, he will not answer.

Proverbs|29:20 Do you see a man hasty in his words? There is more hope in a fool than in him.

Proverbs|29:21 He who disciplines his servant from childhood will in time become his son.

Proverbs|29:22 An angry man stirs up contentions, and an angry man sins profusely.

Proverbs|29:23 The pride of man will make him fall; but honor will sustain the humble in spirit.

Proverbs|29:24 He who deals with a thief hates his own soul; he hears curses and does not reveal them.

Proverbs|29:25 The fear of man is a snare; but he who trusts in the Lord will be safe.

Proverbs|29:26 Many seek the favor of the ruler; but the judgment of all comes from the Lord.

Proverbs|29:27 The wicked man is an abomination to the righteous; and the just is an abomination to the wicked.



Proverbs of Solomon|30:1 The words of Agur the son of Jake, a prophecy: A man spoke to Itiel, and Itiel, and Ucal,

Proverbs|30:2 Truly, I am more brutal than any other man, and have no understanding like man.

Proverbs|30:3 I have not learned wisdom or sacred knowledge.

Proverbs|30:4 Who has ascended or descended? Who gathered the wind into fists? Who bound the waters with a cloak? Who founded all the ends of the earth? What is his name and what is his son's name if he knows it?

Proverbs|30:5 Every word of Allah is pure; he is a shield for those who trust in him.

Proverbs|30:6 Do not listen to his words, lest he rebuke you and you be found a liar.

Proverbs 30:7 Two things I have asked of you; do not deny me before you die:

Proverbs of Solomon|30:8 Take away vanity and falsehood from me; do not give me poverty or wealth; Give me food that is right for me:

Proverbs|30:9 Lest I be satisfied and deny you, saying, Who is the Lord? that is, I impoverish, steal and take the name of my God in vain.

Proverbs|30:10 Do not accuse your master's servant, lest he curse you and be found guilty.

Proverbs|30:11 There is a generation that curses its father and does not bless its mother.

Proverbs of Solomon|30:12 There is a generation that is clean in its own eyes, but it is not clean from its impurity.

Proverbs|30:13 There is a generation, how sublime are their eyes! and his eyelids rise.

Proverbs|30:14 There is a generation whose teeth are like swords and jaws like knives to devour the poor of the earth and the needy.

Proverbs of Solomon|30:15 Horse liquor has two daughters who cry: Give, give! There are three things that are never fulfilled, yes, four things that are not said: Enough:

Proverbs|30:16 The grave; and barren womb; land that is not full of water; and the fire that does not say enough.

Proverbs|30:17 The eye that mocks its father and disobeys its mother, will be torn to pieces by the ravens of the valley, and eaten by the young eagles.

Proverbs|30:18 There are three things that are too wonderful for me, and four things that I do not know:

Solomon's Proverbs|30:19 The way of the eagle in the air; path of snakes in the rock; path of the ship in the middle of the sea; and the manners of a man with a slave.

Proverbs|30:20 Such is the way of an adulterous woman; She eats, wipes her mouth and says: I did nothing wrong.

Proverbs|30:21 For three things the earth is troubled, and for four it cannot suffer:

Proverbs of Solomon|30:22 For a servant when he reigns; and a fool when he is full of meat;

Proverbs|30:23 For a hated woman when she is married; and the servant heiress of her mistress.

Proverbs|30:24 There are four small things on earth, but very wise:

Proverbs|30:25 Ants are a weak people, but they prepare their food in the summer;

Proverbs|30:26 The cones are a weak people, but they build their houses on the rock;

Proverbs|30:27 Locusts have no king and all come out in droves;

Proverbs|30:28 The spider takes her by the hand and dwells in the palaces of kings.

Proverbs|30:29 Three things are right, yes, four are right:

Proverbs of Solomon|30:30 The lion, the strongest of beasts, departs from no one;

Proverbs|30:31 Chart; also goat; and a king against whom there is no rebellion.

Proverbs|30:32 If you are not prudent when you get up, or think badly, put your hand over your mouth.

Proverbs|30:33 Verily, mixing milk produces butter, and pressing the nose produces blood; and the violence of anger breeds strife.



Proverbs|31:1 Words of King Lemuel, a prophecy that his mother taught him.

Proverbs|31:2 What, my son? What, son of my womb? And what, son of my vows?

Proverbs|31:3 Do not give your strength to women, nor your ways to those who destroy kings.

Proverbs of Solomon|31:4 Not to kings, O Lemuel, not to kings to drink wine; still strong drink for princes:

Proverbs|31:5 lest they drink and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of some of the poor.

Proverbs|31:6 Give strong drink to the dying, and wine to the heavy-hearted.

Proverbs|31:7 Let him drink and forget his misery and remember his misery no more.

Proverbs|31:8 Open your mouth to the mute, because of all those who are destined to perish.

Proverbs|31:9 Open your mouth, judge justly and plead for the poor and needy.

Solomon's Proverbs|31:10 Who will find a chaste wife? for the price of it, it far outweighs rubies.

Proverbs|31:11 Her husband's heart trusts in her, so she needs no loot.

Proverbs|31:12 All his life will do him good and not harm.

Solomon's Proverbs|31:13 He looks for wool and flax and likes to work with his own hands.

Proverbs|31:14 It is like merchant ships; He brings food from far away.

Proverbs|31:15 He rises while it is still night and gives bread to his house and a portion to his servants.

Proverbs|31:16 He examines the field and buys it; he plants a vineyard with the fruit of his hands.

Proverbs|31:17 He will gird up his loins and strengthen his shoulders.

Proverbs|31:18 She knows that her wares are good; her candle does not go out at night.

Proverbs|31:19 She puts her hands on the spindle and her hands hold the spinning wheel.

Proverbs of Solomon|31:20 He stretches out his hand to the poor; yes, he reaches out to those in need.

Proverbs|31:21 He is not afraid of snow in his house; for all his house is clothed in scarlet.

Solomon's Proverbs|31:22 He makes rugs; His clothes are silk and purple.

Proverbs|31:23 Her husband will be known in the gates when he sits among the elders of the land.

Proverbs|31:24 He makes fine linen and sells it; and deliver the belts to the merchant.

Solomon Proverbs|31:25 Strength and honor are his garments; and he will be happy in the future.

Proverbs of Solomon|31:26 He opens his mouth with wisdom; and in his language is the law of goodness.

Proverbs|31:27 He keeps the rules of his house and does not eat the bread of idleness.

Proverbs|31:28 Their children rise up and call them blessed; also her husband, who praises her.

Proverbs|31:29 Many daughters have made virtue, but you excel them all.

Proverbs of Solomon|31:30 Grace is deceitful and beauty vain; more glorious is the woman who fears the Lord.
